Sound healing dates back to ancient times. It is a healing technique that uses tonal frequencies to bring the body into a state of vibrational balance and harmony. This will help restore and heal the body, mind and spirit giving it more vitality as well as bringing one into a state of relaxation, stillness and calmness.
Reiki Energy Classes
With the blessings of being a Reiki Master Teacher, I offer teaching and spreading the wonderful world of Reiki energy to spread self-care and healing. I offer beginner class, all the way to Reiki Master Teacher.

Our Story
My story begins with me. I have always believed in the power of healing in all forms and with my intuitive nature. Becoming a Reiki master has always been a part of the plan in my journey here on earth and I want to share it and its healing energies with as many people possible. In the world we live in today, now, more than ever it is so important to incorporate self care in our lives. Once we realize that taking care of ourselves is a necessity, we start on our path to healing.
